Simsala`s Abracadabra

Reader of m/m fiction and romance, coffee addict, worst reviewer ever,

Darwin's Natural Selection - Katie Allen A story like a nursery rhyme.
With every repeat of the chorus a word or event gets added.

Three-fourths of the book were nothing but telling about a slowly progressing relationship between a saint and Bambi frozen in the headlights.
Lots of lovey-dovey stuff that was kinda cute but with the third round of telephone sex - because Tom was too afraid to get touched - the story slowed down to snail`s pace and as they finally came together I was already asleep.
I skimmed the last quarter and finally some storytelling was done and I got the background information I missed earlier but it was way too late to make Darwin`s Natural Selection a gripping story.
